Terms

Terms for using the current Rent Munich MVP

These terms cover the current Rent Munich website experience only. They describe how the listing, inquiry, blog, and relocation-support surfaces should be used at this MVP stage.

What the site provides

Rent Munich currently provides a Munich-focused rental listing experience, a public inquiry flow, practical blog content, and relocation-related browsing tools.

Listing information, availability, pricing, and add-on service references are provided to help renters evaluate options and send interest signals. They can change as inventory and operations change.

What an inquiry means

Submitting an inquiry does not create a lease, confirm a viewing, reserve a property, or form a relocation-services contract by itself.

A request reference or booking-success screen only confirms that the inquiry payload was received by the current system flow.

  • property availability remains subject to confirmation
  • service add-ons remain subject to operational confirmation
  • final rental or service terms are handled outside this MVP site flow

Your responsibilities

You should provide accurate contact details and truthful scheduling information when using the inquiry flow.

You must not use the site to send spam, submit automated requests, scrape protected areas, interfere with the service, or misuse public forms.

Content, changes, and liability

We aim to keep listings, guides, and service descriptions practical and current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, uninterrupted, or error-free at every moment.

To the extent permitted by law, Rent Munich is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on a listing, inquiry response time, third-party service availability, or temporary site interruptions. This does not limit liability where it cannot legally be limited.
